Air Fry Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Welterweight

Yields 8 Egg Rolls

Intro

Air Fry Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls is a fun appetizer that is perfect for the big game or fight night.  Very Basic recipe here and super easy to do.  It only has 5 ingredients!  The air fryer puts a great crust on the rolls and makes them super crunchy and delicious.  The most difficult part of this recipe is the rolling of the egg roll.  To lend some help here I’ve found this great YouTube link on how to roll an egg roll.  I chose this one because it was well done and the background music is just fantastic.  Thank me in the comments or DM me.  That’s it get to making Air Fry Bacon Cheeseburger Egg Rolls!

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • 1lb of Ground Beef or Turkey
  • 4 Strips of cooked Bacon
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 TBS of Season or Salt & Pepper
  • 8-10 Egg Rolls
  • Cooking Spray

Directions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat brown your ground meat and season it with either salt and pepper or your favorite flavored seasoning. I used Land Seasoning from Fit Men Cook that you can find here.
  2. Crunch up your precooked bacon from breakfast. Also, grate up your Cheddar Cheese and set it aside.
  3. Now layout your egg roll in a diamond shape before you. Have a small amount of water in a dish.  Wet the edges of the egg roll.
  4. In the middle of the egg roll add in a small amount of your cooled ground meat. Add a little bacon and sprinkle with some of that shredded Cheddar.
  5. Roll the Egg Roll again here is a link to YouTube link for help.
  6. Spray them lightly with the cooking spray and place about 4 of them into the Air Cooker at a time.
  7. Cook at 350 for 10 Minutes. About halfway take them out and look at the progress.  You can flip them over if you wish.  Then back in for the last 5 minutes.
  8. Plate and enjoy with your favorite Burger toppings or condiments.
