Sweet Potato Fries

Air Fryer Fresh Cut Fries

Yields 1 Serving

Intro

The Air Fryer is something I enjoy using on a regular basis.   Prepare yourself for more recipes using this great appliance!  Now with that said this is an easy one and I do this probably twice a week.  What can I say I like fries and these are not as bad as those fast-food fries?  I’d say these are healthy fries! In this recipe, you will see both the Regular potato and the Sweet Potato.  The recipe works for both!

I also have been using a seasoning I found a little over 2 years ago to make them extra tasty.  Flavor God makes some of the best and healthier seasoning I’ve come across in my cooking endeavors. Most of the seasonings from them are low calorie, contain no sugar, and are Paleo.  They also don’t contain GMOs or MSG.

In this recipe, I used the Garlic Lovers because well I’m a fan of Garlic…lover seems to overstate it.  Click the link and pick some up for yourself I promise you will not be disappointed.

Flavor God

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • One large sweet potato or regular potato
  • Olive Oil (Enough to cover the potato and get the seasoning to stick)
  • Flavor God Garlic Lovers Seasoning (Enough to cover the Fries)

Directions

  1. Cut up your Sweet Potato into Fry size pieces. (Yes leave the skin on you’re a man!)
  2. Place the Fries into the Air Fryer basket and coat with Olive oil
  3. Now add your Seasoning and give them a good toss around the basket to coat them.
  4. Set the Air fryer to 380 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. Now set a 5-minute timer… you are going to give the fries a toss at each 5-minute interval.
  6. It’s important to note that it may not take the full 20 minutes and you should feel free to end the cooking when they reach the desired crispiness!
  7. Plate or bowl them and serve with Ketchup (if you use anything but Heinz then stop coming to Menfoodflavor.com JK!! Or are we?!?) Or Honey.
