Intro
Air Fryer Tuna Bites were created for a Friday Lenten treat. I needed something to eat on a Friday and put this together not thinking it would make the blog, but they turned out really good! They also are high in protein and low in carbs, so they are a healthier snack. If you were to make this a meal I’d double up the recipe and create 8 bites. This would be more filling, but as a quick snack or an appetizer, the 4 is plenty. Give this one a go!

Ingredients
- 1 Can of Tuna
- 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Large Egg
Directions
- In a Medium bowl put in the can of tuna, cheese, & egg.
- Mix these up really well and then divide the mixture into four equal amounts.
- Place these 4 in the air fryer. You can also use a piece of parchment paper for better cleanup.
- Air Fry the Tuna bites at 390 F for 15 minutes.
- Remove from Air Fryer, plate, and serve with your favorite dip. I used a ranch with some hot sauce mixed in.
