Baked Lobster Tail

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Featherweight

Yields 2-4 10oz Lobster Tails

Intro

Baked Lobster Tails are all about the seasoning!  Very simple to create and just an amazing meal.  You can bake or grill these Lobster Tails. The only difficult part of this recipe is the preparation of the Lobster Tails.  You have to cut them open and then pull out the meat, so that it lays on top of the shell.  I’ve found this YouTube Video to assist you in this process.  Then all you have to do to make baste them with the Buttery seasoning and bake them to perfection.  Now I paired these Baked Lobster Tails with a Steak and a cold one, but you can do as you wish!

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • 2-4 10oz Lobster Tails (You can use bigger tails just double up the Butter seasoning to get good coverage!)
  • 4 TBS of Butter
  • 1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ Tsp Pepper
  • ½ Tsp of Salt
  • ½ Tsp of Paprika
  • ½ Tsp of Lime Juice Or Fit men cook lime seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter and add in the seasoning.
  3. Mix the seasoning and butter well and then remove from heat.
  4. Cut the Lobster Tails and pull the meat up on top of the shells. Follow this YouTube Video for assistance in this!
  5. Lightly spray a cooking dish that will hold all of your lobster tails.
  6. Place the Lobster Tails in the dish and then baste them with the Butter seasoning both the top of the tail and the bottom of the tail.
  7. Save any extra butter seasoning for dipping later.
  8. Place the Lobster Tails in the oven for 15 minutes. (These were 10oz Tails, so I like a minute and a half per oz.)
  9. Remove from oven and plate. Enjoy & Stay Safe!
