Black Raspberry Salmon Glaze

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Welterweight

Yields Enough Glaze for 4 8oz Salmon Filets

Intro

Black Raspberry Salmon Glaze is a simple recipe with big flavor.  You can use this glaze on Salmon filets.  I’d suggest Air frying them or baking them in the oven.  In this recipe I’ll go over how to air fry them.  Black Raspberry syrup is a specialty item and if you are unable to find this you can substitute is out with Honey or Maple syrup.  I purchased my bottle of Black Raspberry Syrup at Grandpa’s Cheese Barn located in Ohio when I was passing thru on a road trip.  Their website does offer it for purchase as well, but maybe a locate store near you has it and you could support them.  Give this recipe a go!  It’s a good one!
