Intro

Blueberry Stuffed French Toast is the way to go for a Sunday Morning Brunch.  I’m telling you this one is not difficult at all to make and the little effort beyond your regular French Toast is totally worth it.  Not a fan of the Blueberry well go ahead and substitute it out for another Fruit that you enjoy.  Some suggestions would be strawberries or maybe bananas!  Blueberry Stuffed French Toast is definitely worth sharing with family or friends.  Give it a go!

Ingredients

  • 4oz Cream Cheese
  • ¼ Cup of Sugar
  • 3 Tsp Flour
  • 3 Large Egg
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ cup of Milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 slices of Bread
  • 1pint of Blueberries
  • Powdered Sugar
  • Whipped Cream
  • Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a bowl mix together the softened Cream cheese, sugar, flour, and 1 of the Large eggs.
  3. In a pie pan whisk together 2 large eggs, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, milk, & vanilla.
  4. Spray a Loaf pan with cooking spray.
  5. Place 2 slices of bread into the pie pan to soak up the mixture for 30 seconds, flip and soak another 30 seconds.
  6. Add these 2 slices of bread to the bottom of the loaf pan.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the first layer of bread.
  8. Soak another 2 slices of bread and add over top of the cream cheese layer.
  9. Add a layer of blueberries. About half of the blueberries or more.
  10. Soak another 2 slices of bread and cover the blueberry layer with them.
  11. Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Check the bread to see if it is crispy how you would like your French toast.
  12. Remove from the oven and dump the whole loaf on a baking sheet or a cutting board.
  13. Top with Powder Sugar, Whipped Cream, & the rest of the blueberries.
  14. Cut, plate, and drizzle some Maple Syrup over EVERYTHING!!! Enjoy!
