Ingredients
- 2 Boxes of Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Mix
- 4oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Stick of butter
- ½ Cup of Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ Cups of White Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Ahead of making, let the cream cheese and butter soften.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix in the Muffin Mix, Cream Cheese, Butter, Brown Sugar, & Eggs.
- Mix these until smooth and then fold in the White Chocolate Chips.
- Now cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Just before removing the dough from the refrigerator, preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Prepare a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place teaspoon-sized dough drops on the sheet at least 2 inches apart from one another.
- Bake for 14 to 15 minutes. Then remove and let cool on the sheet for 1 to 2 minutes before placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Enjoy a cookie with a glass of milk or just as it is.
