Intro
Burger Pasta is an amazingly simple recipe that is basically a plus-up from those boxed burger helpers! The version of Burger Pasta below can be modified to fit your individual taste and preferences. For instance, you can change the ground beef over to ground turkey or even ground chicken. The spinach can be replaced by broccoli or another green that you enjoy. Don’t like Cheddar Cheese then give another cheese a shot! The main theme here for Burger Pasta is to make it your own like I try to let people know with all of my recipes. I try to give you the basics, so you can expand your cooking skills. Burger Pasta is awesome and tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Ground Beef
- 1 Pound Bowtie Pasta
- 32oz Beef Broth
- 3 cups Baby Spinach
- 12oz Shredded Cheddar
- 8oz of Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup of Heavy Creamer
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1tsp Chipotle Chili Pepper
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 TBS Italian Seasoning
Directions
- Heat a Deep Sauté Pan over medium heat and spray with a cooking spray.
- Brown the ground beef in the pan while seasoning it with Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Chipotle Chili Pepper, Salt, and Pepper.
- Once the Beef is about half cooked add in the Spinach and finishes cooking the ground beef with the spinach.
- Once the Beef and Spinach is cooked go ahead and remove them from the pan and set it aside.
- In the Pan add in the Beef Broth, Heavy Cream, and tomato sauce.
- Season this sauce with Italian Seasoning and bring the sauce to a boil.
- Once it comes to a boil add in the pasta reduce the heat to a low medium and cook the pasta until tender.
- Stir the pasta as it cooks and test the pasta as you go.
- Now that the pasta is cooked add back the beef and spinach. Mix this all together.
- Finally, add in the cheddar cheese, mix and melt.
- Bowl and enjoy!
