Intro
Cajun Corn Shrimp is a simple recipe that is on the healthier side of Men Food Flavor Recipes. This however doesn’t mean that it is lacking in any flavor! Grab yourself some Shrimp, grape tomatoes, peppers, & a bag of frozen corn. Season and you have a great light meal that is excellent in the summer or really any time of year. Cajun Corn Shrimp is a meal that will fill you up without weighting you down. Give it a go!

Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Shrimp
- 1tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 bag of frozen corn
- 2 Cups Grape Tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 2 TBS of Butter
- 2 Basil Leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- 2 TBS of Avocado oil
Directions
- Heat a Pot with the avocado oil in the bottom. Add in the shrimp and season it with salt and pepper.
- Remove the cooked shrimp and set aside for later.
- Add the grape tomatoes and one chopped bell pepper and let them cook for about 2 minutes in the pot. You are looking to get some color on the tomatoes.
- Once this happens you will add in the frozen corn, butter, and season with Cajun, garlic salt, and some additional pepper.
- Let this cook in the pot until the corn is soft with a couple of basil leaves.
- Finally, add the shrimp back into the pot and mix it all together. Taste and season more if needed.
- Plate or bowl and enjoy with a cold beverage inside or out on a picnic table in the sun.
