Carnivore Bacon Burger Pie

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Featherweight

Yields 8 Servings

Intro

Carnivore Bacon Burger Pie is a simple recipe for those looking for a Carnivore meal.  I’m currently in a 30-day Animal Based diet challenge.  Having never done a real diet in my 41 years on earth I’ve found this one to be interesting.  Finding a new way to look at food and find things that still taste amazing.  For this recipe I found it filling, but I would recommend broiling the topping at the end until it creates a crust.  I like it this way because it gives some crunch to the meal.  This one definitely is good and you should give it a go!

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • 1 LB Ground Beef
  • ½ Cup of Bacon Crumble
  • 4oz of Cream Cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ Cup of grated Parmesan
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. In a large bowl combine the 4 eggs, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, parmesan, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix these ingredients in the bowl until everything is combined. This will be the topping of the pie, so set it aside for now.
  4. In a large oven-safe pot brown up the ground beef over a medium heat setting adding salt as a seasoning.
  5. Once almost brown adds in the cream cheese and mixes this into the meat until melted.
  6. Now shut off the heat on the stove and put a layer of bacon crumbles on top of the meat.
  7. Pour the topping over the meat and if needed use a spoon to spread it over the meat covering everything up with the topping.
  8. Place in the preheated oven for 35 minutes. Then broil for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and let sit for 3 to 5 minutes.
  10. Scoop onto a plate and top with condiments if so desired and enjoy!
