Intro

Carnivore Work Night Chili came about because I’m doing a 30-day challenge to stick to an animal-based diet.  I read a book called Carnivore Code and decided to do my first Diet at age 41.  Dr. Paul Saladino presented a lot of good information and I felt comfortable with a 30-day challenge.  If you want to know more about this click this link and go to his companies block!  If not no worries this Chili recipe is also super quick and is excellent if you want a quick chili fix on a spur-of-the-moment type night.  If you want a real chili with beans, give this recipe a try.  It’s the first recipe I posted!  Enjoy and give this a go!

Ingredients

  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Pack McCormick Chili Seasoning
  • 1 6oz Can of Tomato Paste
  • 3 large Tomatoes Diced
  • Optional Shredded Cheddar
  • Optional Sour Cream

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the packet of seasoning to the ground beef and mix well.
  3. Add in your diced tomatoes and mix and crush as desired.
  4. Once the tomatoes are mixed or crushed to your liking add the tomato paste to thicken up the chili.
  5. Bowl the chili and eat or you can top with sour cream and cheddar cheese. I added the Cheddar and then melted this cheese by broiling it in a toaster oven for 3 to 4 minutes.
