Chicken Bacon Bean Bake

Intro

Chicken Bacon Bean Bake is a small recipe good for 4 servings.  I like this one when I have leftover grilled chicken.  You can use Chicken Breast or Chicken Thighs will both work in this instance.  If you seasoned the chicken great! More flavor!  If you didn’t this recipe will add some flavor, so no worries.  You can cube the chicken up or just shred it with a couple of forks.  Quick fun recipe give it a shot and leave a comment on what you think!

On this particular night, I was getting ready to watch some UFC fights.  I had picked up a case of Busch Light Apple which is a limited edition beer that had been released.  It’s a solid brew!  It lives up to the Busch Light name and easy drinking lager style.  The added Apple flavor was wonderful and paired very well with this Chicken Bacon Bean Bake.  Check out this awesome review on YouTube!  Since it’s a limited edition you may not be able to find this one, so my suggestion would be if you can’t pick up a malt cider!  The Apple Flavor really gives this meal something extra!  Trust me.

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of cooked Chicken (around a pound could use less or more)
  • 11oz Can of Bacon & Bean Soup
  • 4oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Could use up to 8oz)
  • 1 lb. of frozen Broccoli
  • 2 to 3 strips of cooked and chopped Bacon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spray a Small Casserole dish with a cooking spray.
  3. The first layer will be the cubed or shredded Chicken.
  4. Now put a layer of the frozen broccoli, no need to defrost the broccoli!
  5. Spoon the Bacon & Bean Soup over the Broccoli.  Spread it as best you can over the broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle on the chopped bacon and then add salt and pepper at this stage if you want to.
  7. Sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese over the top of the entire bake.
  8. Place the dish into the oven for 20 minutes.  Once the buzzer goes off check to make sure it is bubbling.  If it is set the oven to broil for up to 3 minutes to give the cheese a nice crust.  Watch and then remove once it reaches the desired cheese crust level.
  9. Remove from the oven.  Plate or bowl and enjoy the meal with an ICE COLD BEER!  You earned it!
