Intro
Chicken Keto Pizza Crust is a low-carb option I decided to use on this health kick journey. The crust is really good and yet I’m not going to lie this is going to be just like pizza. The crust made of chicken is high in protein, so that’s the plus side. Also if you make it with BBQ Sauce and some bacon it really is a great meal. I also dipped my last slice in some ranch dressing and that was the bomb! The regular pepperoni pizza version tastes good, but with this crust, I prefer the BBQ Bacon pizza better. Give both a shot and try your own version.

Ingredients
Crust Ingredients
- 1 10oz Can of Chicken
- 1/2 Cup of Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 TBS Seasoning
Optional Pizza Suggestions
- ½ Cup of Sauce (Pizza or BBQ)
- 1 Cup of Mozzarella
- 3 Slices of Bacon or 1/3 Cup of Mini Pepperoni
Directions
- In a Medium Bowl place the drained chicken.
- Then add the egg, parmesan cheese, & seasoning.
- Now mix the ingredients until well mixed. Use a Fork to help break up the chicken and also to beat the egg into the cheese & chicken.
- Take a baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Take the chicken crust mix place it on the pan and spread it into a pizza shape. You can do a circle or a square whichever makes you happy!
- Place in a 425 F preheated oven and cook the crust for 20 to 22 minutes. This will create your pizza crust.
- Remove from the oven and spread your desired sauce on the crust.
- Now sprinkle the cheese over the sauce leaving just a little cheese for the final topping.
- Now place your meat topping on top of the cheese and then the final sprinkle of cheese.
- Place back in the oven on a low broil for 3 minutes or until cheese is melted to your liking.
- Remove from oven cut and serve!
