Egg in a Bagel Breakfast is a quick and easy air fryer recipe that you can do quickly in the morning. This one is great because you can make it your own rather easily. Change the types of Bagels, Cheese, or sauces to what you like! Season with what you like! The base of this recipe is the eggs & bagel after that it’s really up to you to make it your own. Ingredients
- 1 Bagel
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheese
- ½ Cup of Marinara or Pesto
- ½ TBS Seasoning (Cajun is Good!)
Directions
- Take a piece of parchment paper and lay it down on the air fryer basket.
- Spread the Marinara or pesto in two separate areas to the size of your bagel.
- Lay your sliced bagel on top of the sauce face down.
- Break your eggs and pour the yoke into the whole of the Bagel.
- Shred up your favorite cheese.
- Season the eggs with your seasoning and then sprinkle the cheese over the bagels.
- Use the rest of the seasoning on the cheese.
- Place in the air fryer at 350 F for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer, plate, and enjoy!
