Ingredients
- 2lbs Shredded Potatoes
- 8oz of Shredded Cheddar
- 10oz Can Broccoli and Cheddar Soup
- 10oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 16oz Tub French Onion Dip
- Ham or Bacon (Optional)
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl put in your shredded potatoes.
- Now dumb in the 2 soups and the Tub of French Onion Dip. (Optional ingredient or your twist can be added here as well)
- Mix these all together very well in the large bowl.
- Now dump and spread the mixture evenly in a 9 by 13 Pan.
- Place the Pan into the oven for 1 hour.
- While this is in the oven you can shred your cheese topping.
- Remove from oven after an hour and sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
- If you want some crusty cheese you can broil the topping after the 15 minutes for about 2 additional minutes.
- Remove and serve!
