Intro
Frito Topped Tuna Casserole is a traditional casserole with a twist. Yeah instead of the traditional topping I go with the crushed Fritos instead of potato chips. I also go with a Cajun seasoning but feel free to go with a seasoning that you like. In addition to these options I used Cream of mushroom soup, but you can also use cream of chicken soup to give yourself another variety of Tuna Casserole. Frito Topped Tuna Casserole much like all of my recipes should just be a base that you can build off of. Give this one a go and if you make it your own then just let me know what you did in the comments, social media, or even just shoot me an email! I’d love to hear from you!
