Intro

Frozen Burrito Bake is a simple dump-and-bake recipe.  This recipe is a great recipe for someone that wants a quick and run Mexican-style meal—grabbing some frozen burritos and adding to them to make them just a little more fancy and fun.  Sometimes the easy way is the delicious way!  Give this a go on your next Tuesday night in place of tacos for a change of pace.

Ingredients

  • 8 Frozen Burritos
  • 28oz Can of Enchilada Sauce
  • 16oz of Shredded Cheese
  • 15oz Jar of Salsa
  • Sour Cream (Optional)
  • Avocado (Optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 F.
  2. Spray a 13 by 9 pan with cooking spray and place your burritos into the pan.
  3. Pour the Enchilada Sauce over all of the burritos and into the pan.
  4. Spoon the Salsa over all the burritos, so each burrito gets a good amount of salsa over them.
  5. Sprinkle the Shredded Cheese over everything and then place the Pan into the oven.
  6. Cook the bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and plate the burrito! Add a couple of toppings of Sour Cream and Avocado for some added fun.
