Men Can Cook Chef Level: Featherweight
Yields 1 Massive Burger
Intro
Hawaiian Burger is a simple fun recipe I did on a weekend for fun. Just gathered up the quintessential Hawaiian ingredients. You know the Kings Hawaiian buns, pineapple, & SPAM! Then I thought about a sauce that would work and of course some bacon! I know bacon and SPAM you may be judging me, but I think they both can live on the same burger! Give this one a go! Grill up your burger or do it in a skillet!

Ingredients
- ½ Cup of mayonnaise
- 2 TBS of Teriyaki Sauce
- 1 TBS of Honey
- ¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
- ½ Pound of Ground Beef
- 1 Slice of Bacon
- 2 Slices of Pineapple
- 4oz of Spam
- 2 Slice of American Cheese
- 1 Hawaiian Burger Bun
Directions
- Sauce first here. Mix in a small Bowl the Mayonnaise, Teriyaki sauce, honey, and a little cayenne pepper.
- Set the sauce in the fridge while you get the rest of the burger prepared.
- Cut your piece of bacon in half and cook it in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cut up a couple of slices of pineapple and heat them in the skillet to give them a little color.
- Take your burger bun and on each of them, spoon on some of that sweet teriyakis sauce you mixed up earlier.
- Put the bacon crossed on the bottom bun and then one slice of the pineapple.
- Cut a slice of SPAM and form up ½ pound burger patty with the ground beef.
- Cook these in the skillet. The SPAM should take about 2 to 2 ½ Minutes aside.
- The Burger cook how you would like it. I like mine medium, so just under 3 minutes a side with this size burger. The last few minutes place the American cheese on the burger to meltdown.
- Once those are cooked place the burger patty in the Pineapple slice, then the other pineapple slice followed by the SPAM.
- Top with the Top burger bun and now find a way to eat this massive burger! Enjoy!
