Intro
Honey Butterscotch Muffins is a simple recipe that makes a great breakfast muffin. This muffin goes great with a glass of milk, coffee, or even a piping-hot mug of tea. Honey Butterscotch Muffins last a few days, so go ahead and make them on a lazy Sunday. That way you can enjoy them in the morning the first few days of your work week. Ingredients
- 1 Stick of Butter
- ½ Cup of Raw Honey
- 1 Cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 TBS Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups of flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups of Butterscotch Chips
Directions
- Brown the Stick of butter and then add it to a large bowl.
- Add the Honey, Yogurt, Eggs, and vanilla extract into the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix these all until well combined.
- Fold the Butterscotch chips into the dough.
- Take a muffin pan and put muffin cups into the pan.
- Evenly distribute the dough mixture into each of the cups.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 350 F for 20 to 22 minutes checking as it reaches the 20-minute mark.
- Remove from the oven. Let them cool for 5 minutes and enjoy them with Milk, Coffee, or tea!
