Loaded Sheet Pan Potatoes is the side you need for that next big dinner! Do you have a hankering for some potatoes with great flavor and dare I say…BACON!? Well, this is the recipe for you. Need to make this for more than 2 people well just double or triple this recipe up! Loaded Sheet Pan Potatoes is a classic tasting potato side that you can do while you prepare the main course with just a little planning a prep. Give this one a go for your next steak or Meatloaf night! Meat and Potatoes!

Ingredients
- 2 Medium Potatoes
- 4oz of Cream Cheese
- 2 TBS of Butter
- ½ cup of Shredded Cheddar
- 1 ½ Strips of Bacon
- ½ Cup of Frozen Broccoli
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
- Cube up the potatoes into even bite-sized pieces.
- Spray a pan and spread the potatoes on the sheet pan.
- Place in oven for 10 minutes.
- While the potatoes are starting to cook for the first 10 minutes heat a small pot on the stove around medium heat.
- Melt the Butter and Cream Cheese in the pot seasoning with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Fry up the bacon in a pan and then let it dry and cool on a paper towel.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven and spread the broccoli in with the potatoes.
- Pour the Cream Cheese and Butter mix over the potatoes and broccoli.
- Place the sheet back in the oven and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and crumble up the bacon over top.
- Then Sprinkle the Shredded Cheddar over top of everything and place it back into the oven for another 3-8 minutes.
- Once the Shredded Cheddar is melted go ahead and remove it from the oven and plate for consumption!
