Intro

Loaded Sheet Pan Potatoes is the side you need for that next big dinner!  Do you have a hankering for some potatoes with great flavor and dare I say…BACON!?  Well, this is the recipe for you.  Need to make this for more than 2 people well just double or triple this recipe up!  Loaded Sheet Pan Potatoes is a classic tasting potato side that you can do while you prepare the main course with just a little planning a prep.  Give this one a go for your next steak or Meatloaf night!  Meat and Potatoes!

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 4oz of Cream Cheese
  • 2 TBS of Butter
  • ½ cup of Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 ½ Strips of Bacon
  • ½ Cup of Frozen Broccoli

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 Degrees.
  2. Cube up the potatoes into even bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spray a pan and spread the potatoes on the sheet pan.
  4. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
  5. While the potatoes are starting to cook for the first 10 minutes heat a small pot on the stove around medium heat.
  6. Melt the Butter and Cream Cheese in the pot seasoning with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  7. Fry up the bacon in a pan and then let it dry and cool on a paper towel.
  8. Remove the potatoes from the oven and spread the broccoli in with the potatoes.
  9. Pour the Cream Cheese and Butter mix over the potatoes and broccoli.
  10. Place the sheet back in the oven and let it cook for another 10-15 minutes.
  11. Remove pan from oven and crumble up the bacon over top.
  12. Then Sprinkle the Shredded Cheddar over top of everything and place it back into the oven for another 3-8 minutes.
  13. Once the Shredded Cheddar is melted go ahead and remove it from the oven and plate for consumption!
