Intro

Mexican Bean Dip is a simple dip recipe you can do for your friends.  Grab the ingredients and give this one a go.  You can cook this in a small pot or use a slow cooker.  This dip is filling and has great flavors.  Want to change up the flavors you can change the salsa types as many times as you want, so you don’t get bored.  Great dip for a get-together or even just for a game day.  Enjoy this Mexican Bean Dip and your snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 TBS Taco Seasoning
  • 1 ½ Cups of Salsa
  • 16oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
  • 1 28oz Can of Refried Beans

Directions

  1. Cube the Velveeta Cheese and put it in a pot or slow cooker.
  2. Dump the Salsa over the Velveeta Cheese.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat cook the ground beef. Once the beef is browned season with the Taco Seasoning.
  4. Pour the Ground Beef over the Velveeta Cheese.
  5. Add in the Refried Beans and then mix everything.
  6. If you are using a slow cooker put it on High and mix the dip as it melts together. Once done turn to low and enjoy with chips.
  7. If you are using a pot then heat to medium heat and mix while the ingredients melt together. Once done turn to low and serve with your favorite chip!
