Intro

Parmesan, Butter, & Garlic Drums is a simple sauce recipe for your Drums as seen in the recipe, but will also work with your wings!  This is your basic sauce, but I utilize 2 things that make it just a little different.  The Fit Men Cook everything seasoning and of course my favorite Steak sauce A1.  These 2 ingredients give a nice twist to your average Butter & Garlic Sauce.  Give this one a go!

Ingredients

  • 4 TBS of Butter
  • 1 TBS of Fit Men Cook Everything Seasoning
  • 2 TBS of A1 Sauce
  • 3 cloves of Garlic
  • 1lb of Chicken (Drums or Wings)
  • 4oz of Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan melt half of the Butter.
  2. While the butter is melting drop in your minced garlic.
  3. Add in the Seasoning and start to mix these all together with a spoon.
  4. Once these have all merged and are melted add in the A1 sauce and then the additional Butter.
  5. You can cook your chicken to your taste, but here is how to air fry them. This will work for both Drums and Wings.
  6. Cook at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Stopping to baste the chicken every 5 minutes.
  7. While the chicken is cooking you can grate the fresh parmesan and get it ready!
  8. Once the chicken is done remove and plate. Pour what is left of the sauce and sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese.  Enjoy!
