Intro

Power Protein Cookies are an alternative to a cookie for when you are in need of a treat, but don’t want to slow your health goals.  Really this one has around 100 calories per cookie and packs some protein from 2 scoops of protein.  Power Protein cookies are actually really good for a healthy alternative.  They go really well with a tall glass of milk!  For this one make sure your bananas are ripe this makes them easier to mash up with the other ingredients.  Any flavor of protein will work, just pick something you like! Give it a go and enjoy without the feeling of guilt while you work toward your goals!

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Power
  • 1 Cup of Quick Oats
  • 1 TBS Baking Powder
  • 3 TBS of Coconut Flake
  • 3 TBS of Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl place the bananas, protein powder, & Quick Oats.
  3. Mash and mix these three ingredients well.
  4. Add in the Baking Powder and mix this into the dough.
  5. Once the Baking powder is mixed well add in the coconut flake and the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Mix these well and then get out a cookie sheet.
  7. Spray the cookie sheet with a nonstick spray.
  8. Scoop around a TBS size ball for each cookie onto the cookie sheet.
  9. Place in oven and let these cook for 12 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let them cool on a rake for a few minutes.
  11. Enjoy these cookies with a glass of milk!
