Intro
Protein Boost Philly Shells came around because I was looking for something high in protein that tastes great. I was less worried about anything else. The sauce is simple and easy to make and the roasted peppers taste great with the ground beef. Protein Boost Philly Shells is a great meal that has its roots in a Philly cheese steak but in a happy healthy version. I really enjoyed this one and it reheats well. Give this one a go when you want a fun meal with a protein kick to it!
