Ingredients

  • 2 Salmon Filets
  • 1 TBS Taco Seasoning
  • Taco Shells (Hard or Soft)
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro Sauce
  • Queso Fresco (Crumble Cheese)
  • Guacamole
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • Salsa (Optional Side)

Directions

  1. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and set your oven to 400°F.
  2. Place your Salmon Filets on the cooking sheet and spray them with oil. I use avocado oil, but in a pinch, you can use others.  This helps the taco seasoning stick to the fish.
  3. Sprinkle the Taco seasoning all over the Salmon Filets and place the fish skin down.
  4. Bake the Fish for 12-15 minutes. I like to cook it to an internal temperature of 135°F or more.
  5. Remove the oven and flake the fish with a fork.
  6. Heat up your Taco shells according to the directions on the package. This can be different for each type.
  7. Taco assemble! I like to start with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, and then the fish. I then squeeze on some of the cilantro sauce.
  8. Plate and enjoy with a cold beer or kiddy beverage!
