Intro
Slow Cooker Keto Queso came about at the beginning of this year to help me stay on my hybrid Animal Based/Keto diet I’m following. This recipe is delicious and will remain in my food rotation even after I’m off this diet. Super simple to make and tastes great for how simple a recipe it is. It has 4 ingredients and a small slow cooker, but you could also do this in a small pot on the stove. Give this a go if you need something to dip your pork rinds and steak in!

Ingredients
- Small Can of Diced Green chilies’
- 2 Cups shredded cheese (White Cheddar)
- 8oz of Cream Cheese
- 2 TBS of Butter
Directions
- Cube up the cream cheese and add it to the slow cooker or just put in the whole block.
- Put the diced green chilies on top of the cream cheese.
- Shred your cheese up and then add it to your slow cooker.
- Cube up the butter and add it to the slow cooker.
- Now set the slow cooker on low for a couple of hours stirring it up as you go. You can also put it on high for an hour also stirring it up.
- Once it has all melted you can put the slow cooker on warm and serve it with chips, make a steak nacho plate, dip your pork rinds in, or use it on tacos or burritos!
