Chicken Breast Over Rice

Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Chicken

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Featherweight

Yields 8 servings

Intro

Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Chicken has amazing flavor and with only 6 ingredients super simple to make.  You can make this with just about any chicken.  In the pictures, I used breast meat, but I’ve also done chicken drumsticks and thighs.  Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Chicken just needs about 2 pounds of chicken.  Once cooked I’d suggest shredding the chicken up because it gives the chicken a chance to absorb the sauces even more.  A couple of suggestions on how to eat this wonderful chicken.  You can just eat the chicken as is, you can shred it up and put it over rice or noodles, or you can even make a sandwich with it.

Slow Cooker Maple Mustard Chicken is also great reheated or just left in the slow cooker on a stay warm setting.  Having a few people over for the game day?  Double this recipe up, shred the chicken once cooked and you have great sandwiches for everyone.  Give this one a go!
