Intro
Spinach & Artichoke Dip is a dip that requires a chip. Haha, who would have thought a chip for a dip? I don’t’ think many people actually read these and I’m having a little stupid fun here. Tell me a joke in the comments! In all seriousness, this recipe is simple and doesn’t require much work. I’ve also found that it reheats well for later consumption. You can reheat Spinach & Artichoke Dip in the oven at the same temperature as the recipe lists or you can put it in a slow cooker and warm it up slowly. This is a simple recipe that is your basic Spinach & Artichoke Dip.

Ingredients
- 1 14.5oz Can of Artichoke Hearts
- 8oz Shredded Mozzarella
- ½ Stick of Butter
- 1 ½ Cups of Grated parmesan
- 5oz Baby Spinach
- Garlic Salt
- Red Pepper flake
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
- Chop up the Baby Spinach into small pieces.
- Drain the can of Artichoke Hearts and set them aside with the Spinach.
- Melt the butter in a skillet at medium heat with the Cream Cheese.
- As the Butter and Cream Cheese melts together add in the grated parmesan & garlic salt.
- Add in the Spinach & Artichokes hearts and mix these all together.
- Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle the Mozzarella over the top of the mix.
- Sprinkle the red pepper flake over the Mozzarella top layer and place it in the oven.
- Cook the dip for 10 minutes to let all of the ingredients melt and mix together.
- Broil for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and dip your chips! Enjoy and eat it all!
