Ingredients

  • 8oz of Cream Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Cups of Cubed Corned Beef
  • ¼ Cup of Thousand Island Dressing
  • 1 Cup of Sauerkraut Drained

Directions

  1. In a Slow Cooker combine the sauerkraut, cream cheese, Swiss Cheese, Corned Beef, and thousand island dressing.
  2. Turn the Slow cooker on high for 45 minutes.
  3. Stir well when the time is complete.
