Super Easy Nacho Cheese

Intro

Super Easy Nacho Cheese is just what the title says Super Easy to make!  Sometimes the simple things make for the best.  It’s always good to have a nacho cheese ready for good nachos, fries, or even hot dogs.  If you are looking for something to dip your chips in besides Guac or Salsa this is a great alternative.  I also use a seasoning called Green Chile Lime from the Fit Cook.  You can find it in my Shop.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Verde Salsa (Any Salsa will work)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 12oz of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 finely chopped Jalapeno
  • 1 TBS of

Directions

  1. Chop up Jalapeno into very small pieces and set aside.
  2. Grate 12ozs of Cheddar Cheese and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan put in the Salsa and Heavy Cream.  Heat these up on a medium heat on the stove.
  4. Add in the Jalapeno and then the cheddar cheese. Sprinkle on the Seasoning.
  5. Mix all of the ingredients together over the heat while it melts.  Cover and continue stirring until everything turns into the SUPER EASY NACHO CHEESE!!!
  6. Serve up in a bowl and eat with Chips!
