Brownie & Ice Cream

Walnut Graham Cracker Brownies

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Featherweight

Yield depends on how big you want your Brownie!

Intro

Walnut Graham Cracker Brownies are for when you need a dessert to take somewhere, satisfy a sweet tooth, or as an after-dinner treat!  Now make no mistake this is by no means a difficult recipe it’s basically a Plus up from the box brownie mix that we will be using!  Walnut Gram Cracker Brownies are just fantastic!  In this instance, I made them, cut them up, and stored them. I allotted myself one a day until they were all consumed.

These don’t take long to make, you are only adding in a few ingredients, and you can guess from the title, what you are adding to it!  (Walnuts & Graham Crackers…Maybe?!?)  I used a 9 by 13 glass dish to make these, but any size you usually make brownies works just fine.  I just prefer my brownies thin and a little crispy than fat and gooey.  My personal preference which you may or may not enjoy. Now for this one, I just used store-bought frosting, but I’ll show you in the future how to make a really good homemade frosting.  Stay tuned!

One other suggestion for these Walnut Graham Cracker Brownies is when you finish them up eat the first one warm with a little scoop of vanilla ice cream or any other ice cream you desire.  I just like vanilla paired with the brownie.

Men you can do this!

  •  1 box of brownie mix
  • 2 Eggs

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine the mix, Eggs, Water, Vegetable Oil, & Walnuts.

  5. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees
  6. Use a cooking spray on your brownie pan. (In this instance I used a glass 9 by 13)
  7. Sprinkle the Graham Crackers over the bottom of the pan.  This is the base layer.
  8. Pour in the Batter over the Graham Crackers. Spread it out.
  9. Place in the oven for 21 to 22 minutes.  (Test with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean)
  10. Once done take out of the oven and let cool for around 1 hour.
  11. Frost the brownies once cooled, cut into obnoxiously large squares, & enjoy!
