Formed Meatballs ready for Oven

Everyday Meatballs

Men Can Cook Chef Level:  Lightweight

Yields 14 Servings (3 Meatballs)

Intro

Everyday Meatball is a recipe I have been working on for the past year.  I wanted a good quality Meatball for all of my Meatball needs.  Everyday Meatballs go well with traditional pasta.  They also go great with my A1 Swedish Meatball Recipe.  I like to make a batch of these and freeze them so that I can use them over the course of the following weeks.  I believe what makes Everyday Meatballs great is the combination of the Ricotta Cheese and the Grated Parmesan.  These seem to make them taste amazing!  I’ve tried with and without these cheeses and with is the way to go!  Make up a batch of Everyday Meatballs for yourself and enjoy!

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Beef
  • 1 pound of Italian Sausage
  • 1 Cup of Panko
  • ½ Cup of Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Cup of Fresh Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tsp of Salt
  • 1 Tsp of Pepper
  • 1 Large Egg

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl put in the Beef & Sausage.
  3. Put in the Panko, Ricotta, Parmesan, Egg, Salt, & Pepper.
  4. Mix this all by hand or a large spoon. I suggest using your hands to do this it makes it easier to completely mix all of these ingredients together.
  5. Take a sheet pan and cover it in aluminum foil. Then spray it with a cooking spray.
  6. Portion the meat into 1.5oz Meatballs. I use a small portion scoop to do this and you should get 15 meatballs per sheet.
  7. Cook for a total of 18 to 20 minutes. Total meatballs this recipe should produce about 42 total meatballs.
  8. Once done add to your favorite pasta meal or freeze and safe for the future! Enjoy and stay safe.
