Intro

Slow Cooker Sausage & Potato Casserole is the ultimate side dish for a meal or just a great meal in itself.  The most difficult part of this one is dicing up the potatoes.  Slow Cooker Sausage & Potato Casserole is the ultimate dump and walk away recipe.  This is the basic recipe, but you can change up the sausage and instead of just salt & pepper you can change up the seasoning.  For example, use Cajun seasoning and Cajun Style Andouille Sausage to make it spicy and fun.  Think up some of your own pairings and have fun with it.  Give it a go and enjoy!

Men you can do this!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ Quart of Diced Potatoes
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 14oz of Sausage
  • 10.5oz Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
  • ½ Cup of Sour Cream
  • ½ Cup of Milk
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
