At this level, you level up mostly your equipment to make things easier on yourself! In the previous 2 levels, you can do so many recipes, but sometimes it can be a pain because you just don’t have the right tool for the job. Not a big deal, but the right tool can make all the difference! I learned that from my old man.
Spices
No new spices on this level. Continue to utilize the Featherweight & Lightweight Spices. Branch out on your own here and don’t be afraid to experiment with spices.
Equipment
This level is all about the equipment in the Kitchen. You need to have a toaster oven, a food processor, hand mixer, large mixing bowls, cast iron skillet, & a cast-iron 6-quart pot. You could have already had a cast iron skillet at this point, but you definitely need one from here on out. Also, a couple of backing sheets are important to have at this point. All of my recommendations for these are available in the shop. Take some time gearing up to this level. You don’t need to get all these things at once. I’d recommend picking off a few of these every couple of months or even years.

That is it, Men! That’s the next level. It’s mainly just getting equipment that makes things easier for you. For example, a hand mixer and food processor just make it, so easy to mix or chop things up…saves time!
